About Arlo

I'm an amateur writer with an interest in speculative fiction - taken in its broadest sense. I have special interest in technology, consciousness, intelligence (artificial and otherwise), and moral philosophy. My writing tends toward "near future" or key alterations to our current world. I drift between soft science fiction, contemporary speculative fiction, and the occasional foray into horror, cyberpunk, or diet-fantasy.

I like thinking about big ideas, and then writing about how they impact individual people.
